The City of Jurupa Valley provides a variety of services and opportunities that enhance the vibrancy of our community.  We’re dedicated to making Jurupa Valley the most livable community around by leveraging the unique assets of our community!

Community Service Grants

The City of Jurupa Valley accepts applications for small events and community service efforts on a rolling basis.  Once a completed application is received, City Staff will review the application for completeness and accuracy.  After that, applications may be forwarded along to the City’s leadership for potential funding through the annual budgeting process.

Community Service Grant Policy & Application

CDBG Grants

The City of Jurupa Valley receives around $1.2 million every year from the Federal Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) in the form of a Community Development Block (CDBG) Grant.  Up to 15% of the CDBG allocation can be used for Public Service Grants (PSG).  This PSG grant application process typically begins in January-March of each year.  The application process is overseen by the Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC), which is a formal committee made up of Jurupa Valley residents.  The City of Jurupa Valley also provides grant funding on an income-restricted basis for residents to do repairs to their homes.  Please visit the City’s CDBG page to learn more about the CDBG program and the PSG application process.
