Project Description

The Jurupa Valley City Council approved the “Appaloosa Springs” project, which subdivides 67.7 acres into 254 single-family lots. The project is located at 6501 Clay St., south of Limonite Avenue, and will include various community benefits such as parks, open space, multi-purpose trails connecting to the Santa Ana River, and construction jobs. This exciting project will redevelop a vacant, blighted property, increase the City’s housing stock, and allow for new residents to support our existing and future commercial businesses. Construction is expected to begin in late Fall 2022, with estimated completion in Spring 2023. For additional information, please contact the Jurupa Valley Community Development Department at (951) 332-6464.
