Best of Jurupa Valley Beautiful Home Program


Now Accepting Nominations!

The Best of Jurupa Valley Beautiful Home Program recognizes community homeowners who have displayed exemplary efforts in beautifying and preserving their home. By acknowledging their dedication, the City aims to foster neighborhood pride and encourage similar preservation efforts throughout the community. Nominations can be made each Spring during the nomination period by filling out the online nomination form: Online Form.  A winner from each City Council district will be awarded each Spring.


The deadline for submitting nominations is April 15th, 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for the Best of Jurupa Valley Beautiful Home Program, the home being selected must fit the following criteria:

  • Residence must be located within the City of Jurupa Valley
  • Homeowner must reside in the home being nominated as their primary residence
  • Property must be a single-family residence
  • Residence must be free of any open code violations
  • Residence must be properly permitted at the time on nomination
  • City employees and elected City officials are not eligible for nomination

Nomination Form

To nominate a home for the Home Recognition Program, complete the online nomination form at the following link: Online Form

Along with the nomination form, you have the option to upload up to 3 photos of the exterior of the home for review. 


Nominations can also be submitted in person via the following PDF form: Home Recognition Program Nomination Form (PDF) at City Hall located at 8930 Limonite Ave., Jurupa Valley, CA 92509. City Hall hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. 


The deadline for submitting nominations is April 15th, 2026. 


Selection and Award Process

The Housing Division will review all nominations to ensure eligibility. Upon the closing of the nomination period, the Planning Commission will review eligible nominations and select a winning residence for each District. If winners are unable to be reached, the next runner-up for the applicable district will be contacted to receive the award. The winning property owners will be invited to a future City Council meeting to be publicly recognized.
