A. RECOMMENDATION: By motion, adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 2022-11-09-01 approving Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 38258, and Neighborhood Development Plan to allow for the construction of 35 detached condominiums on a 2.62-acre site at the northeast corner of Rancho Jurupa Drive and Beach Street (Lot 9 within Planning Area 2 of the Paradise Knolls Specific Plan) subject to the recommended conditions of approval.

PROJECT: Proposed Airport Zone at Flabob Airport, General Plan Amendment 22007, Zoning Code Amendment No. 22013, Change of Zone 22008

RECOMMENDATION: By motion, adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 2022-11-09-03 recommending to the City Council approval of: (1) General Plan Amendment No. 22007 to redesignate Flabob Airport to Public Facilities/Institutional Land Use, and amend the General Plan to make Public Facilities/Institutional Land Use consistent with the new Airport Zone; (2) Zoning Code Amendment No. 22013 to create a new zoning designation, Airport Zone, tailored for aviation use and development; and (3) Change of Zone No. 22008, rezone Flabob Airport to the new Airport Zone.
