MASTER APPLICATION (MA) NO. 22123: (SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (SDP) NO. 22038) TO CONSTRUCT ONE (1) 30,616 SQUARE-FOOT EQUIPMENT SALES, RENTAL AND STORAGE BUILDING EXCLUDING HEAVY VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ON A 6.88-ACRE SITE.

LOCATION: RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND WINEVILLE ROAD (APNS: 156-030-016, 156-030-017, & 156-030-042).

APPLICANT: INDUSTRIAL OUTDOOR VENTURES

RECOMMENDATION: THAT THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR APPROVE SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT (SDP) NO. 22038 TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 30,616 SQUARE-FOOT BUILDING FOR EQIPMENT SALES, RENTAL AND STORAGE, EXCLUDING HEAVY VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT, ON 6.88-ACRE SITE SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMEND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL.
