City of Jurupa Valley Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
JURUPA VALLEY, CA – After much discussion, the City of Jurupa Valley’s management team has decided that City Hall will remain open to the public on an appointment only basis. Effective December 4, 2020, all City business including Building, Code Enforcement, Engineering and Planning will move to an appointment only process until further notice.
In the best interest of public health and safety and to facilitate social distancing (practice of reducing close contact between people to slow the spread of the corona virus) City staff will implement the following procedures starting on Friday, December 4, 2020:
- Any individual needing services from the Building, Code Enforcement, Engineering or Planning departments will need to contact City Hall at 951-332-6464 in order to set up an appointment
- Payments can still be made in person without an appointment or electronically
- The amount of guests/customers in the lobby will be limited to ten individuals; if the lobby is at capacity, you need to wait outside until your appointment time.
