Lennar Homes Moving Quickly on Shadow Rock Project!
On Monday morning I had an opportunity to visit the construction site of the new Lennar Homes Shadow Rock community with Keith Clarke, Bart Reis, Jose Ibarra, and Irwin Salas. Shadow Rock, located off of Sierra Avenue in the northeast area of Jurupa Valley, will be a master planned community with over 400 single-family detached homes and a beautiful new park. Lennar has indicated to us recently that they hope to have their model homes open by the end of this year. Based on what we saw during our visit on Monday, construction is moving forward aggressively, with major infrastructure components such as streets, curb, gutter, and utilities already taking shape. The new community will feature many recreational amenities centered around the new park, and many homes will offer impressive views of the valley below. Lennar has not yet established pricing for the new homes. It is encouraging to see this project moving forward so quickly.
