Help Us Shape the Future of the Pedley Town Center

Join the City Council and Planning Commission for the Pedley Town Center Plan joint study session on Thursday, June 1, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at City Hall (8930 Limonite Ave.).

This study session will discuss refined concepts based on input from the first study session held in March.

Your input will help guide the creation of the Pedley Town Center Plan - the long-term vision for this area of the city, which will provide policy direction and guidance to residents, city staff, decision-makers, and the broader community. 

About Town Centers

The 2017 General Plan identifies specific areas within the communities of Rubidoux, Glen Avon, and Pedley as “Town Centers.” These centers are designated with the Town Center Overlay to encourage the development of traditional, pedestrian-oriented areas with characteristics that distinguish them from surrounding areas. These areas are intended to function as walkable, small downtown environments that attract locals to shop, dine and socialize, in keeping with their historic uses.
