Help the City of Jurupa Valley Test its New Website Navigation

The City of Jurupa Valley is preparing to launch its brand-new website. As we work to build the new website, we are looking for your assistance in testing the proposed navigation.

How the Navigation Test Works

We will give you a task you may complete on the City website and then present you with a list of links.

1. Click on the link that you think will help you accomplish the task.
2. Continue to click through the links, aiming to get to a place on the site where you can accomplish the task.
3. When you find the item or topic and cannot click further, confirm your choice.

Tasks include watching a council meeting, reporting a code violation, and applying for a water heater permit.

We want to ensure our website is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and visually appealing. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us and will help us improve our website to better serve your needs.

The activity should take between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us better organize the content on our website.
