   Please use this form to submit comments related to the proposed Public Comment CDBG 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan. You can also submit comments to asells@jurupavalley.org or via phone at (951) 332-6464 ext. 249. This form will also be available during the public hearing that will occur at the May 6, 2021 City Council meeting. You can use this form to submit comments live, as the City is conducting a virtual public hearing.
4. CDBG Background
   The City of Jurupa Valley is a CDBG "entitlement" community. In short, we receive Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funds directly from the Federal government. For more information about the City's CDBG program, please visit the link above.
6. Public Comment CDBG 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan
   The Draft 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan is subject to a public hearing process that is currently underway. The City is holding a Public Hearing for the 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan to program CDBG funds. Citizens can comment on this document by using this form or emailing asells@jurupavalley.org.
