The City of Jurupa Valley will host a Passport Fair on Saturday, April 18, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Eddie Dee Smith Senior Center (5888 Mission Blvd.). Applicants can apply for a U.S. Passport Book or U.S. Passport Card. Passports books and cards are valid for 10 years for adults (ages 16 and older) and 5 years for minors (under age 16).
Processing times typically range from 4–6 weeks. Expedited ranges from 2-3 weeks and costs an extra $60 fee.
To prepare, please bring:
A completed DS-11 application (for a new passport) or DS-82 form (for renewals)
Original proof of U.S. citizenship and a photocopy
One recent 2x2 passport photo (NO glasses in photo)
Valid photo identification
Payment for applicable passport fees
