Community Development Advisory Committee (CDAC)

Committee Overview

The committee meets on an as-needed basis to review applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding and provide the City Council with recommendations regarding the allocation of such funding.

Applicants must be Jurupa Valley residents. Applicants cannot be an employee of the City of Jurupa Valley. Applicants cannot serve in any capacity on any board, committee, or commission of any public agency or district. Applicants cannot have any decision-making authority in a community organization that applies for or receives funds through the CDBG program. The appointments are ratified by the City Council. The five-member committee shall meet on an as-needed basis to review applications for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding and provide the City Council with recommendations regarding the allocation of such funding.
